Return Eligibility:

You may request a return under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All original tags must be attached.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team with your order number.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Securely pack your item and ship it back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
